Tsu Shan Chambers is a trailblazing Producer, Production Accountant, and Partner & CEO of Greenlight Entertainment Group, driven by a passion for creating bold, thought-provoking stories that inspire change. A rising force in the Australian screen industry, she was elected to the SPA Council in 2023, named on IF Magazine’s Rising Talent List, and honoured on the inaugural AA122 List, celebrating the most influential Asian Australians shaping national culture.
Selected for AWG/Create NSW’s prestigious First Break program in 2022, Tsu Shan has contributed to several key industry bodies, including the Diversity Justice Lens Group and the AFTRS Alumni Advisory Group.
Her producing credits include UNSOUND, a powerful feature exploring deaf culture and pride, which won multiple awards including Best Indie Film at the 2020 AACTAs and secured international distribution on Netflix (ANZ) and Fuse TV (US). She also produced SUKA (Nine, 2023) and co-wrote and produced MY EYES, a heartfelt family drama now distributed internationally and earning multiple award nominations.
