From 1996 to 2015, Eric was part of the management of the BetaFilm Group with various functions at the operational levels of the company. Among other things, he managed Beta's television activities and was responsible for international distribution, production and co-production.

In 2015, Eric moved to German production house ndF GmbH, where he took over the management together with Matthias Walther until he founded Bravado Media in 2022 with the focus on gap financing international TV series and co-production.
