Jeanie is an experienced film and TV Producer/Executive Producer who's worked extensively in film and TV development and production, including 10 years in the UK producing programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and Channel 5, followed by senior executive roles as Head of Factual and Head of Development for leading independent production companies in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She’s developed, produced and executive produced documentaries, factual series and formats, current affairs, entertainment, live event TV, Giant Screen and online projects for many domestic and international broadcasters, notably Discovery, History Channel, National Geographic, Netflix, ABC and Seven (Australia), TVNZ and TV3 (New Zealand). She’s currently EP-ing a major new unscripted series with a well-known Hollywood A-list talent (yet to be publicly announced!).

After holding management roles at Screen Australia, Screenworks and AFTRS, she's now part of the senior executive team at Screen Careers, working with studios, production companies and streamers/broadcasters to provide training and upskilling services for entry-level and mid-career crew, primarily on incoming international productions from the US and UK that have training commitments to deliver as part of their Location Offset obligations.
