Biography
Jomon Thomas is an international film producer whose work combines elevated storytelling with global commercial reach. His most recent film, Monkey Man, Dev Patel’s directorial debut, premiered at SXSW where it won the Audience Award before being released worldwide by Universal Pictures, and later earned a BAFTA nomination.
His producing credits also include Hotel Mumbai and The Man Who Knew Infinity. He recently produced It’s All Going Very Well, the directorial debut of Tilda Cobham-Hervey, starring Jonathan Pryce and Cobham-Hervey.
Jomon is currently in post-production on several international features, including Kornél Mundruczó’s Place To Be, featuring Ellen Burstyn, Taika Waititi, Pamela Anderson, Murray Bartlett, and Lena Waithe, as well as Michael Cera’s directorial debut Love Is Not the Answer, starring Pamela Anderson, Steve Coogan, Jamie Dornan, and Lucas Hedges.
As lead producer at Mirador Pictures, Jomon focuses on globally resonant, talent-driven features and series built with a balance of creative ambition and market discipline. His work often bridges international talent, financiers, and audiences, reflecting a strong belief in cinema that travels across cultures. Before entering film, he studied Aviation Management and held senior executive roles at The Emirates Group in Dubai, shaping his pragmatic, cross-border approach to producing.
