Caleb De Leon is Partner & Creative Director at 3P Studio, an award winning VFX & post production studio based in Queensland. In 2025 he was nominated for a B&T Media's 30 Under 30 Awards and was named Inside Film Rising Talent for Visual Effects in 2024. He's spent over a decade getting his hands dirty in the world of visual effects, post-production, and creative leadership.

Some of his high profile work includes sequences on “Monkey Man”, "Last King of the Cross" - Paramount+ Australia's biggest local series hit - and "Troppo," the international Amazon series starring Thomas Jane. He's also worked on campaigns for brands like Nike, Ferrari, and Google across the Asia Pacific region, always chasing that sweet spot where creativity meets cutting-edge technology.

Caleb is passionate about building artist-owned studios that push creative boundaries. He's particularly excited about how emerging technologies like AI can amplify human creativity rather than replace it, and loves exploring what happens when you give talented people the freedom and tools to experiment.
