Yeesum Lo is a commercial strategy and business affairs executive and board director, specialising in complex negotiation, commercial execution and operating model transformation. Born and raised in Hong Kong, her career has spanned New York, Los Angeles and Sydney.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Paramount Australia, Yeesum leads business affairs, commercial strategy and production for the content division behind Network 10, 10 Streaming and Paramount+, including the content finance framework governing budget and commercial decisions across subscription streaming and free-to-air.

She previously spent nearly a decade at Endemol Shine Group (now Banijay), where she was named a BT 30 Under 30 winner and, as Director of Digital for Australia, led digital content and commercial strategy for MasterChef, Survivor and Married at First Sight.

Yeesum is a Non-Executive Director of Sydney Festival and Sports Chaplaincy Australia. She is an AICD graduate with an Order of Merit, a Dr. John Yu Fellow through the University of Sydney Business School, and holds an MFA from the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC.
