Biography
Barbara has been the Managing Director and CEO of Flying Bark Productions, one of Australia’s largest animation companies, since 2014. She has seen the company grow to over 350 employees and manages a slate of 9 titles in production including Marvel’s “What If…?”, “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” for Nickelodeon and the “Maya the Bee” film trilogy. Most recently, Barbara produced the international box office hit and domestic PVOD success story, 100% Wolf (which released in theatres globally despite pandemic disruptions), and it’s spin off television series, 100% Wolf: Legend of the Moonstone which has been an awards and audience hit.

Barbara won the NSW Women in International Business Award at the 2016 Premier’s Export Awards, has served as the Screen Producers Association’s Vice President for 2 years, and in 2019 she was promoted to CEO of International Content for Studio 100. Barbara leads animation teams in Sydney and Los Angeles, both of which are expanding in 2022.
