Screen Well is a social enterprise established in 2022 to deliver a range of best practice industry specific resources, initiatives, and workshops that are designed to help improve mental health outcomes for the Australian screen industry.

Our vision is to improve the mental health literacy of our workforce so we can help reduce the stigma and barriers to seeking help, experienced by so many of our people. We will achieve this by focusing on building practical early intervention and prevention skills in individuals and leaders, whilst also providing programs and support services to screen business workplaces.

Uniquely, Screen Well’s trade-generated income is invested back into creating a growing suite of free screen industry resources, initiatives, and wellbeing support services.
