Marcia Douglas brings extensive experience in—and strategic insight into—the Canadian media landscape for traditional and digital platforms. With a background in business affairs and production, Marcia works to establish policies and opportunities for producer interests in their business dealings. She directly works on files related to the kids and family sector, business affairs, Terms of Trade, Canada Media Fund and production financing, and regional issues. She is also one of the staff leads for the CMPA’s equity, diversity and inclusion and sustainability efforts and is the industry co-chair of the Ontario Green Screen Initiative.
