Aaron Dolbel has more than 25 years' experience working in the television industry in New Zealand and the UK in a variety of genres. For the past decade he has worked on some of the biggest reality television shows in New Zealand including six years as the Series Producer of The Block NZ. Other credits include Post Producing the New Zealand versions of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, The X Factor and New Zealand's Next Top Model. Most recently he Series Produced the first two seasons of the Factual series Match Fit which won Best Factual Series in both 2021 and 2022 at the New Zealand Television Awards. Aaron’s current role is TVNZ Commissioner for Factual & Entertainment.
