Biography
Keaton began his career in 2005 as an Editor with the renowned experiential media company Spinifex Group, working on numerous high-profile projects, including the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony. In 2008, he transitioned into television, where he has taken on roles such as editor, writer, director, post-producer and producer on shows including Blue Zoo (ABC, 2014), For Real (Ten, 2019), and Drop Dead Weird (Seven/RTE, 2017-19). Keaton has created and been a showrunner for series including Random and Whacky (Ten, 2019) and The Gamers 2037 (Nine, 2020). He has also provided story consulting for hit shows such as Muster Dogs S01/S02 (ABC, 2021-23) and Barrumbi Kids S01 (NITV, 2022). Currently, he is in production on Muster Dogs S03/04 (ABC, 2023-26).
Through his extensive work across varied content and stakeholders, Keaton developed efficient, creative-focused post-production workflows, leading to the founding of Studio Goose. His experience across diverse content and formats gives him a solid grounding in storytelling, audience engagement, and bringing compelling stories to the screen.
