Biography
Will is responsible for managing and developing the scripted and unscripted acquisitions strategy at Abacus Media Rights, one of the UK’s leading distribution companies. Will has worked in international distribution for 15 years on both the sales and acquisitions side in all territories worldwide. He has collaborated on more than 2,000 hours of programming from award-winning producers across the globe, brokering deficit financing and coproductions deals, and regularly advising on international edits.

We are looking for premium, impactful documentary and drama programming with international relevance.
Unscripted - big buzzy, internationally relevant and topical doc series or features. Unique access to a well known subject or personality. Accessible science and blue chip nature series. History series based on a globally recognised upcoming anniversary. Nothing too niche or local skewing. Has to have a reason for being made now.
Scripted - Psychological thrillers, crime procedurals, strong IP with authentic characters, and cast that will cut through a crowded market. Nothing shorter than 6 x 1hrs ideally. Comedy, horror, sci fi is not a priority unless recognisable cast attached.
