Biography
Li-Kim Chuah is a Development Manager at the Australian Children’s Television Foundation where she works with writers and producers on projects across a variety of ACTF funded projects. The ACTF content team advise creatives on development, pitches and the state of the marketplace, assess and implement development funding, and provide feedback to producers during production of projects ACTF finances and distributes. Li-Kim has worked on numerous series including Seasons 1 and 2 of The PM’S Daughter, Built to Survive and 100% Wolf. Li-Kim has 16 years’ experience in the Australian TV industry, as a screenwriter, script editor and developer. Prior to her role at the ACTF she was a Development Manager at the ABC working in adult drama and comedy. She has written for multiple adult drama and children’s TV series including “Reef Break”, “Offspring”, “Neighbours”, “The Saddle Club”, and “The Bureau of Magical Things”.

The ACTF funds development of, distributes and invests in Australian originated children’s film and television projects.  ACTF projects may be drama, factual, live action or animation and will be of high quality and original or innovative stories  that we feel Australian children will relate to and enjoy.
