Anna is the head of development at Arcadia, leading their long form film and television slate. She is the developer and story editor on Arcadia’s upcoming dramedy series While The Men Are Away (SBS/Red Arrow). She also manages acquisitions of feature film titles for Arcadia's distribution arm.

Previously, she worked as a theatrical agent at HLA Management where she represented some of Australia’s best writers, directors and heads of department across film, theatre and television. As a content producer for Grumpy Sailor and Google’s Creative Lab, she produced Love at Fifth Site, a series of interactive short films directed by Shannon Murphy for Adelaide Fringe Festival 2017, and Resting Pitch Face, a three-part comedy web series released in 2019, directed by Claudia Pickering, starring Nakkiah Lui and Bridie Connell.

In 2018, Anna was selected by Screen Australia as part of their Developing the Developer programme. She is a screenwriting graduate of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School and has guest lectured at AFTRS, UTS and AFTT.
