With an extensive career in post-production across drama, features and unscripted content, Nadia began working with Endemol Shine Australia in 2011 as a Senior Post Production Supervisor before progressing to Head of Post Production Operations in 2015 and ultimately to Head of Post Production in 2021. During her tenure her credits include Masterchef, Australian Survivor, Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds and Gogglebox.
In early 2022 Nadia decided to move into a part time position remaining with Endemol Shine as a Post Production consultant as well as exploring new technologies and how they can be leveraged to support Post Production pathways. Nadia initiated the move to remote offline editing at Endemol Shine in 2016, with company now supporting over 150 remote editing workstations.
More recently Nadia has been focusing on devising solutions to help combat the industry wide shortage of skilled labour through training and mentoring programs, including overseeing the Endemol Shine Australia Accelerated Broadcast Post Production Training Program designed to equip the industry’s rising stars with tangible skills and practical experience.
